Tea Estate
The Waterfall Estate is situated in the Annamalai hills in Valparai Taluk of Coimbatore District in Tamil Nadu. It is situated at a height of 4,300ft. above mean sea level and it overlooks the picturesque Alyiar Dam and Pollachi plains on the northern side while the rest is encompassed with evergreen forests and is located within the Indra Gandhi wildlife sanctuary.
The Company consists of two estates namely Waterfall East and Waterfall West. The total area of the group is 836 Ha (2,065 acres) of which 577 Ha is planted with tea while the rest is made up of fuel trees, roads, streams, ravines and buildings.
The company is registered with the Registrar Of Companies, Chennai. The company is formed under the various rules and regulations of the Companies Act of 1956. The certificate of Incorporation was issued on 24/10/2001. CIN No.U55101TN1992PTC022094.
